Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. We ship to US addresses only, and shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Live plants ship Monday–Wednesday only, so they never sit in a warehouse over the weekend. Plants are shipped in their nursery pots, secured in the box with protective packaging. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking by email.

Cold-weather shipping (October through March)

• Heat packs are available as a $5 add-on: 72-hour air-activated warmers that gently keep the box around 70°F for the whole trip. We recommend two packs on large orders (6+ plants) or when temps are near freezing.
• Strongly recommended when the forecast at your address — or anywhere along the route — is below 45°F. The live-arrival guarantee for cold damage applies only if you added a heat pack when your delivery-day low was forecast below 40°F.
• Orders held during freezes: if any point on the route is forecast at or below 32°F, we'll hold your order and email you instead of shipping into a freeze.
• Delivery day matters most: the riskiest moment is a box sitting on a cold porch. Please be home (or send someone) to bring plants inside within a couple of hours; you can also ask us to hold your package at your local post office for pickup.
• If a plant arrives with cold damage, contact us with photos within 2 hours of delivery and we'll make it right under our live-plant guarantee.
